We use Quickbooks, Podia, Square, Stripe, Paypal or E-Transfers through the bank to process online orders, so we do not directly collect financial or payment information from you.

The client is supported through powerful questions, action steps and accountability. The use of oracle cards & holistic, spiritual practices are implemented to provide assistance in challenges and goals, this portion is for entertainment and self-development purposes only. These services are not a substitute for psychological or counselling services. Jen Traxel is not qualified, nor allowed to, diagnose or supersede any medical condition or instruction given to you by the Medical Profession. These services are subject to change. The company makes no representation or warranty that the information provided is accurate.

The exclusive venue for any arbitration or court proceeding based on or arising out of this Agreement shall be Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and any such decision or award shall be binding on the Parties. The prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the other provisions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions bind and inure to the benefit of the parties’ successors and assigns.
